Who we are
Miragium SAS ("Miragium", "we", "us", or "our") provides software that helps brands research creative references, generate marketing assets, manage product workspaces, and prepare or publish content.
You can contact us about privacy questions at hello@miragium.co.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, workspace membership, and settings. If you subscribe or buy credits, our payment provider may process billing details and provide us with payment status, plan, and invoice information.
We collect workspace content you provide or generate in Miragium, including product URLs, product descriptions, uploaded assets, TikTok or Meta reference URLs, captions, prompts, generated images and videos, brand instructions, approvals, feedback, and connected social publishing configuration.
We also collect usage and technical information such as device and browser data, IP address, log events, feature usage, job status, error reports, approximate location from your request, cookies, and similar technologies used to keep the service secure and functioning.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, including creating accounts, importing sources, analyzing references, generating creative assets, saving workspaces, processing jobs, providing support, preventing abuse, and maintaining security.
We may use workspace content and usage data to debug failures, measure performance, improve recommendations, and develop new product features. We do not sell your personal information.
AI and third-party sources
Miragium may process URLs and content from third-party platforms that you choose to import, such as public TikTok posts, public Meta ads, product pages, and other creative references. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit those materials to Miragium.
We use AI and infrastructure providers to analyze inputs and produce outputs. Those providers process information on our behalf under their applicable security, privacy, and data processing terms.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Workspace content may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong credentials and limit access to your workspace to trusted users.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise privacy rights, contact hello@miragium.co. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
International transfers
Miragium and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Children
Miragium is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date above or providing an in-product notice.
